Employee Benefits

  • Health Insurance (elective) 

    • 90% paid by Child Abuse Council, 10% paid by employee for individual coverage

    • 60% paid by Child Abuse Council, 40% paid by employee for dependent coverage

  • Dental Insurance (elective) 

    • 50% paid by Child Abuse Council, 50% paid by employee for individual and dependent coverage

  • Vision Insurance (elective) ​

    • 100% paid by employee​

  • Simplified Employee Pension Plan (SEP)

    •  The equivalent of 5% of annual compensation is paid by Child Abuse Council to account (employee manages)

  • Individual Retirement Annuity (elective)

    •  employee contribution only *

    • Equal to annual compensation provided by Child Abuse Council

    • Child Abuse Council contribution of $12.50/month to subsidize cost of leased downtown Moline parking place
