Child Abuse Council
Serving the Quad Cities region, the Child Abuse Council leads community efforts to eliminate child abuse and neglect by strengthening children and families through treatment, education and prevention.
We are a regional, non-profit agency with more than 40 years' experience providing child abuse prevention, education and treatment programs for children and families in the bi-state metropolitan area and surrounding communities.
Our goals for every child served are:

2. A secure parent-child relationship
