Join EveryChild, the Rock Island County State’s Attorney’s Office, and the Rock Island County Sheriff’s Department to plant a community pinwheel garden to celebrate Child Abuse Prevention Month and remind ourselves of the healthy, happy, safe childhoods that every child deserves. Planting begins at 11:00am.
