Privacy Policy

Child Abuse Council participants' information is protected under our HIPAA Privacy Policy. The Child Abuse Council website is hosted by (privacy policy). Data submitted with inquiries via forms on the “Contact Us” page is temporarily maintained by the Child Abuse Council (and not by Wix) solely for the purpose of responding to inquiries. The Child Abuse Council utilizes Google Analytics (privacy policy) to view high-level and anonymous data regarding website visitors. This data is provided to Child Abuse Council by Google Analytics and not stored outside of the Google Analytics environment.  Donor and donation information is stored by Qgiv (privacy policy), the online fundraising and donor/donation management system used by the Child Abuse Council. Third party platforms that store and process donor information are protected via encryption. Information collected by the Child Abuse Council may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses or other contact data. Donors who have questions or would like to update their information can email or call 309-736-7170. The Child Abuse Council will never share or sell any donor or client information and data.

The Child Abuse Council shall comply with the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; American with Disabilities Act (ADA); Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975.
