The Child Abuse Council is a private not-for-profit
agency providing treatment, prevention and community education services
offered free of charge to our clients.The Council receives state grants
and contracts, is partially funded by United Way, and relies heavily on
private foundations, corporations, businesses and individuals to continue
to provide excellence in services to Quad City children and their
families.
