24/7 Dad is a parenting development and support program for all fathers. It consists of 12 two-hour weekly sessions that focus on men’s attitudes toward fathering and helping men evaluate their parenting skills. Each weekly session is taught by local volunteer fathers and targets a specific topic that includes facilitated instruction, small group activities and group discussion with some “homework.”
The goal of the program is to improve the well-being of children by increasing the proportion of children with involved, responsible and committed fathers in their lives.

The program covers universal aspects of fathering so that fathers from all cultures, races, religions and backgrounds can benefit from participating in the program. The optimal participant group size is 10-15 fathers per 12-week session.
